Climate change proofing and conservation/preservation of mother earth is one of the key issues at the heart of the REBDA’s programing. We are passionate about ensuring that we promote wise use of the natural resources to benefit the current generations and posterity. We ran a range of initiatives including promoting clean/renewable energy, wetland and riverbank restoration, restoration of degraded landscapes, tree planting and waste disposal. We do this through training, community mobilization, conducting promotional campaigns and lobbying and advocacy.
