Organizational Overview
REBDA undertakes a number of interventions aimed at enhancing the capacity of entrepreneurial women and men, especially those operating in the sectors of agribusiness, trade and commerce, manufacturing, energy and services, to start, operate and expand/scale profitable enterprises. The interventions include skills training, business incubation services, technical assistance (business plan preparation, feasibility studies and proposals), coaching/mentoring, lobbying/advocacy and business linkages.

Over the last 8 years, Rebda has provided technical, business, organizational development and financial literacy skills training and technical assistance to over 1,241 farmer groups (with a total membership of over 24,420 farmers), 800 VSLAs, 93 producer cooperatives, 202 SACCOs, 131 companies, 19 agribusiness clusters, 28 farmers/traders’ associations and 10,619 youth.
